IEC 62196 Type 2 EV Charging Cable

Compliance with the IEC62196-2 2016 2-lb standard. All EVs manufactured in Europe can be correctly and effectively charged with the EV Charger Type 2.

The design is ergonomic and comfortable to hold. There are no screws and no press rivets.

Can I purchase the plug only and assembly with our own cable?

As mentioned above, it’s not recommended to buy just the connector, as the connectors use the pressure riveting process with a professional riveting machine. If you don’t have same equipment and well-trained workers, this will increase difficulties and failures during manufacturing.

How should I do if we want to use our own power cable?

If you are a supplier of power cable, you can deliver your cable to our factory and we will do all the assembly work for you. We have some big cable customers who do the same. We assist in solving the production and quality issues.

What's your maximum monthly production capacity ?

For AC Cables, we can produce 800 PCS per day, so it’s about 20K per month.

For DC cables, we can produce 100 PCs per day, so it’s about 2600 PCs per month.

What's your delivery period for sample?

Generally, it’s around 5-7 days.

Can I customize our logo on the connector?

Yes, we provide free service for logo customization.
